Sale Of Stall

Stallholders may sell their business if they have been trading at TCCM for 3 consecutive years. Stallholders who sell their business are reminded that communication with the market committee is essential and imperative for the smooth running of the market. This will allow the market office to update information regarding new owners’ contact details, insurance etc. Stallholders are reminded that TCCM reserves the right to relocate any stall on the sale of that business, and it is imperative that this information is passed onto the new/perspective owners. New stallholders cannot alter any items for sale without prior contact with the committee. The Channon Craft Market Inc is a Non-profit Incorporated community organisation that hires the grounds from Lismore City Council on a monthly basis.
Stallholders do not own a site at the market-at all times you must make the prospective buyer aware of this.
