Premium extra virgin olive oil from the Northern Rivers of NSW is slowly infused with our fresh certified organic garlic. Once the infusion is complete we remove the garlic and what is left is a aromatic garlic delight with an incomparable aroma and flavour.
This oil is a convenient way to add garlic flavour to any dish. Instead of crushing a clove of garlic, use a drizzle of garlic oil.
Make your own garlic bread, sauté mushrooms, bruschetta, drizzle on pizza before serving, brush meats before grilling, coat roast vegetables etc or use with our Garlic Infused Apple Balsamic vinegar for a tasty salad dressing.
