LOA is the project of Nicole Loa McWalters. Born in the tropical jungle islands of Papua New Guinea and raised between PNG, Hong Kong and Australia; this lady, her music, and the delivery of voice for the tales she offers, will take your breath away. A seasoned traveler, her most important language is music. Music broke many barriers from a young age and with this in mind her mission is simply about unity. We are all beings of great complexities but music is the one thing that can concur boundaries and bind us together in this fast and ever changing world. Renowned for lush and soulful vocal delivery this sister casts a south pacific spell through enchanting lyric and song. A humble welcome, big heart and distinct euphoric sound make LOA a must see emerging talent. Bo (Deadly) Kaan has been part of the Northcoast Music Scene for three decades now. Driving rhythms, grass roots eclectic soul and blues, thought provoking lyrics, a bit of sueng and a bit of hang and a few stories is what you can expect from this Dutch born one man band.

Bo first sprung to notoriety with his first band “Timelords Inc.” in 1986 with their underground smash hit “Don’t mess with Joh.” Bo has released five solo albums and has been ignored by the main stream media due to the lyrically, politically and socially equitable nature of his product. The ideas, which are now becoming mainstream three decades later. Bo is an original and genuine working class hero and well worth a listen. Bill will be a familiar face to many Northern Rivers locals. He has to be one of the hardest working buskers in the region and is regularly out in the streets singing up a storm. Bill plays country and rock classics, always with a friendly smile.

Keith Hartley

Keith Hartley

Keith Hartley has been writing music from his heart, and performing it from the depths of his soul for over 20 years. His Influences include Ben Harper, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Tool and the Beatles. Keith has done a great deal of technical study, through which he has learnt a variety of song writing styles. He uses these different styles to give a dynamic performance that compliments his astonishing voice.

Andy Holm

Andy Holm’s 13th Album release is a beautiful mix of tribal, classical and world music. Jacquelina Wills’ tribal voices will move the listener to spaces far beyond our horizons.

Muliti-award winner Andy Holm lives in the creative community of Byron Bay, Australia and also composes music for film and documentaries.

He is also well known for his energetic live performances between Australia, Singapore and Europe.

Kerrianne Cox

Kerrianne Cox is powerful singer-songwriter from Beagle Bay in Western Australia. She has toured widely around Australia and toured USA and South Africa and appeared in the musical Bran Nue Dae in 1996. Kerrianne was nominated in the Deadly Awards for Best Emerging Artist (1998) and Best Female Artist (1999, 2000, 2001), winning in 2001. She won a WAMi in 1997 as Best Indigenous Artist Of The Year and in 2002 she received another nomination. In 2000 she was NAIDOC’s Female Artist Of The Year.
